Where should I park the car at the end of the rental?
At the end of your rental, you must park the car on a public, authorised and freely accessible spot within 500 metres of the address where we delivered it. We do not offer one-way rentals: you must return the car to the original address.
How do I access my car?
Every Jool car is connected to our mobile app. Unlocking, locking, starting, climate control and even your seat preferences are all one tap away on iOS and Android.
How much is the security deposit?
A €1,000 security deposit is pre-authorised on your card before each rental. It is released within 48 hours of the end of the rental if no fees apply.
Can I add a second driver?
Yes, you can add a second driver at no extra cost. Just contact customer support.
What is the minimum age to rent a car?
To rent a car on Jool you need a driving licence held for more than 5 years. Since the minimum licence age has been 17 in France since 2023, you must therefore be at least 23.
