Schedule of additional costs

At the end of every rental, additional costs may be charged to the renter and deducted from their security deposit. The additional costs that apply are detailed in the table below.

This table is provided as a guide and lists the cost of repairing the most common damage. In some cases the grid below may not apply — in particular, if the actual repair cost is higher than the listed fee.
