Experience
Vincent combines a strong entrepreneurial and corporate-finance background across various technology companies, from launching start-ups to scaling international businesses with hundreds of millions of euros in revenue. Before joining Thomas Ceccaldi at Roadstr, he led M&A strategy and corporate financing at a publicly listed French technology group with over €500 million in revenue. Alongside Thomas, they doubled Roadstr's size and steered the company onto a profitable growth path. He left Roadstr in 2023 to found Jool with the aim of cutting greenhouse-gas emissions from personal car transport at scale, by promoting a shared, electric use of the personal car through rental.
